ELLEE KOSS, Ph.D.
ELLEE KOSS, founder of ISYS.net, has over 30 years of experience as a consultant and a professor. She is a graduate of Boston University, with a Ph. D. in Economics and a BA in International and Comparative Studies. Ellee is an educator and a coach who enables personal development and excellence. She develops unique relationships with clients to build individual and organizational capabilities leading to competitive advantages in the global marketplace.
Dr. Koss has been a pioneer and early leader in utilizing vision and values to drive corporate strategy, transformation, and effectiveness. As a professor, Ellee has worked to bring out the best of what is within her students teaching such courses as Economics, Statistics, The Creation and Leadership of Change, and Globalization. Ellee has also committed time and energy to working with youth in underserved communities in San Francisco and Boston, including coaching boy’s lacrosse. Her other passions include wine, people, and travel.

JULIE ENGEL MANGA, Ph.D.
Julie Engel Manga, Ph.D., has over 20 years of experience as an organization development consultant, coach, facilitator and trainer in the corporate sector. Utilizing an integrated approach, Julie coaches managers and executives to cultivate greater resilience, courage, and presence that support increased and enduring effectiveness. She also leads training programs on an integral coaching methodology for New Ventures West, an International Coaching Federation-certified coaching school.
Julie has significant experience managing and facilitating a peer-to-peer learning network of corporate responsibility managers and executives from Fortune 500 companies, through The Business Network on Integrating Corporate Citizenship. She has developed curriculum, led workshops and provided one-on-one coaching and consultation supporting executives and managers in their role as catalysts for change around responsible business practices. During her tenure at Boston College, Julie’s research focused on processes through which corporations initiate and build alignment for commitment to socially and environmentally responsible practices and integrate it into strategy and core business operations. She has authored reports and articles based on her research findings, including, Integration: Critical Link for Corporate Citizenship.
Dr. Manga has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tufts University and an M.A. and

Brian Anderson is a Global Business Executive and Technology Strategist, with over 20 years of experience who focuses on enterprise software, hardware, capital equipment and management consulting. Brian is Managing Director of Cw2 Inc.
Brian has served in a number of business development, marketing, sales and strategic planning, and P&L roles in management consulting and technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He has been based across the United States and abroad and has successfully conducted business development in over 50 countries.
Brian has closed transactions from $5 million to $225 million. He excels at aligning diverse stakeholders across and outside the organization and driving customer satisfaction through complex national account strategies and diverse partner ecosystems.
Brian holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. He is also the guest Chef de Maison for a Sonoma B&B. |
